  1. Sample unit plan from a former student of Bruce Robbins. CAUTION: the assignment description for this was not exactly the same as ours. DO NOT use this to double check that you have the required elements. Use the checklist above for that purpose. Use this as an example of clarity of ideas, thoroughness of lesson plan and unit plan, etc. Most notable is that Bruce does not require his students to integrate their understanding of the class reading (UBD, Wilhelm) in their unit plan rationale. The reason for this is that he has tests throughout the semester to test their understanding of this.
